Pink Beetroot


  • 40ml beetroot infused Our/Berlin
  • 20ml Rosevermouth
  • Method: Add all ingredients to a rocks glass and stir down on ice
  • Glassware: Rocks glass
  • Garnish: Grapefruit twist

How To:

  • Infuse the vodka with 2 slices of beetroot, remove them after 6 hours.
  • Add ice to a rocks glass.
  • Pour 40ml beetroot infused Our/Berlin.
  • Add the vodka to your glass.
  • Pour 20ml Rose vermouth.
  • Add vermouth to your glass.Stir down on ice for 2 minutes.
  • Pinch a zest of grapefruit on top to release oils, twist and put in the glass.
  • Enjoy responsibly.
