Coco Espresso

Ingredients

  • 40ml Coconut infused Our/Berlin
  • 30ml Fresh espresso
  • 15ml Kahlua
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Method: Add all ingredients to aBoston shaker, dry shake, wet shake, double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  • Glassware: Rocks glass
  • Garnish: Coconut flakes

How To:

  • Infuse your vodka with one tablespoon of dried coconut flakes, remove after 24h.
  • Add ice to your martini glass.
  • Pour 40ml coconut infused vodka.
  • Add to your shaker
  • Pour 15ml Kahlua.
  • Add to your shaker.
  • Pour 30ml fresh espresso.
  • Add to your shaker.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt.
  • For more foam, first dry shake, then add ice and shake another 30sec.
  • Remove ice from glass and double strain into your glass.
  • Garnish with coconut flakes.
  • Enjoy responsibly.
